Enquiries show that the Ex-Commissioner Lau Cheuk Pan has sent no reports or funds to the Ministry for the past several months. It is hoped that you the Commissioner, when you have taken up the post, will audit carefully the funds that may be handed over to
you. And you are hereby held responsible to report
and send to the Ministry for its support all balance of
money that may be left every month after you have
assumed your charge in the Bureau. You are required to
send at least $2500 every month without fail.
This is very important.
